I’m thinking of saying goodbye to my 17 foot Legend and upgrading my boat. The Legend is equiped with a 2009 90 HP Mercury Optimax. It has everything you need to fish bass; Huge livewell, depthfinder at the front, GPS/depth finder on the console, trolling motor, etc. It is a good, solid, wide boat but I am looking for something a bit bigger. By the way, the trailer if fairly new as well.

I would like something 20 – 21 feet long, 200 – 250 HP, preferably a Merc., lot’s of storage, good condition, preferably already equiped with a good set of electronics, and it would have to be in good condition. I don’t want something that has been abused.

I would be willing to spend up to 25k for the right boat and would consider my Legend as part of a deal.

Fishing from a Paddle Boat

In this video, I catch a small mouth bass from a paddle boat. The video was shot on Buckham’s Bay which is just outside of Constance Bay in Ontario, Canada. Living on the water means that I can hop in my paddle boat and have access to some fun fishing fairly easily.
